The "Modular" concept was developed to permit ease of relocation of the machine. This Rollformer was built to allow shipment within the confines of a closed container. Assembly or dismantling of the equipment is uncomplicated and can be accomplished by minimally trained field personnel on site. Note that all required components, including the hydraulic drive and uncoiler are build on the same 98" wide base.

The "Portable Rollformer" concept was developed to fill a need for equipment that could be effortlessly relocated to any jobsite to produce steel roofing panels. Our client, involved with major construction projects in mainland China, also required that the machine be fully self-contained as most of the jobsites were so isolated that no electrical power was available. The units built (a total of four were shipped to the client) included their own power supply by way of a diesel generator. A 20,000 Lb uncoiler is included as is a hydraulic, stop-to-cut, cut-off system with length accuracy of plus/minus 0.010".
