•  Verification of changes in material thickness during the roll forming process.

We not only tackle the symptoms but we do an in-depth analysis of the forming process to determine the cause of difficulties and problems.

•  Analysis of each forming station and calibration

•  Detailed reports with analysis results and proposed solutions

•  Acquisition of the actual geometry of your rollform tooling using our COPRA© RollScanner

•  Comparison of designed rolls vs scanned results to generate a Correlation Diagram which will provide you a visual assessment of the original design versus the fabricated rolls.
